The Disha Direct Group is promoted by a young and dynamic entrepreneur Mr. Santosh Naik, aged 42. He is an Engineer by qualification and has around 16 years of rich business experience. In the 90’s he promoted Disha Power Systems which was into manufacturing and trading of Electrical systems like transformers, inverters and other power related appliances. In the process he discovered his strengths in sales and marketing and in 1999 he promoted Disha Direct as a pure Marketing and Brand Building consultancy and service provider whereby he helped Small Scale Industry players to improve their sales and marketing and in the process build their brands. The products handled ranged from Industrial Equipment, IT & Software, Food & Beverages, Automotives etc. In June 2003 he was presented with an opportunity to market a Real Estate Project of bungalows and thus began the tryst of the Group into Real Estate. The first project was a stunning success and the rest is history. Having tasted success in marketing of Real Estate Pojects, Yash Infraventures Pvt Ltd was floated in April 2006 to enter the Real Estate market as a developer.
Today, Disha Direct Marketing Services Private Ltd. has emerged as the pioneers of second homes concept in India. Mr. Santosh Naik the man behind its success has given continuous stress on innovation and unique strategies. He introduced the trend of offering package deals i.e. offering plots along with readymade bungalows to the buyers at attractive prices. These kinds of package deals took the major hindrances off the buyers mind as all the required government sanctions and approvals were obtained by the developers and not the buyers.
He heads the organization and is ably assisted by a team of over 200 professionals from the field of marketing, media, administration, finance, technical and architecture. Today Disha Direct operates through 10 offices, 2 international offices in New York & Dubai and has 7 brands to its credit. It is growing at a faster pace with 32 completed projects, 14 ongoing projects, 9 upcoming projects and 8000 happy customers.
Branching out to be closer with the customer, Disha Direct launched the concept of a real estate retail store. Called MY STORE in April 2010, it showcases the various projects of the Company under one roof. This provides instant information on all of the projects and since it is a replica of any other convenience store, the customer gets the opportunity to have instant access to all real estate opportunities available with Disha Direct.
In March 2011 Disha Direct entered into leisure sector with Greenarth Leisure. Realizing the tremendous potential in the tourism and holiday sector, Greenarth Leisure provides the ultimate in holiday experience with very interesting packages spread over a 10 year period. Focusing mainly at destinations in Maharashtra and Goa and wth 3 resorts already existing at locations like Shirdi, Lonavala and Wada and another 25 resorts scheduled to be launched over a period of the next 5 years, the customers are spoilt for choice.
